how i work
First step
We start with your request. I ask a few questions to understand your goals, the type of shoot, timing and expectations. This helps me see the scope of work and suggest the best way to collaborate
Brief & cost estimate
After our first discussion, I ask you to fill out a brief. Based on it, I prepare an estimated cost.
This estimate is based on the details we have at this stage. During preparation, new details may appear (for example, location, team or production needs). Any changes are always discussed and agreed upon before the shoot
Booking the date
To book the shooting date, I require a 30% prepayment. At this stage, we also review the project timeline and make sure there is enough time for preparation.
This confirms the date in my schedule and allows me to start preparing for the project
Preparation
After the date is booked, we clarify all details: concept, visual direction and organisation. I guide the process so that by the shooting day we both clearly understand the task and the expected result.
If any materials, products or approvals require more time than planned, the timeline may be adjusted accordingly. This helps keep the process calm and the quality of work consistent
Next steps
Payment terms and delivery details are agreed upon in advance — clearly and without surprises
Products delivery & final payment
For product shoots in my studio, I send the final gallery for your review. After the full payment is completed, I arrange the return delivery of the products.
This keeps the process clear and safe for both sides
Approvals & retakes
Before the main shoot, I can share test shots for approval (light, angle, styling). Once test shots are approved, I shoot the rest of the project based on the approved setup.
If a reshoot is requested after approval (without technical issues on my side), it is quoted separately
